Our goal is to ensure that every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to you in a timely manner.
Order Processing
All merchandise orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
During new merchandise launches, promotional sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship merchandise throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available when offered at checkout
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, package size, and delivery destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Made-to-Order & Specialty Merchandise
Certain PrideVerse TV Network ™️ merchandise, including select T-shirts, crewnecks, and 20 oz tumblers, may require additional preparation time.
Any extended processing times for specialty or limited-edition merchandise will be communicated when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
PrideVerse TV Network ™️ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and notify our customer support team so we can assist with reviewing the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, PrideVerse TV Network ™️ merchandise is available for shipping within the United States only.
International shipping may become available in the future.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns & Exchanges — Apparel Only
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible T-shirts and crewnecks within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Merchandise must be in its original condition.
Original tags, if applicable, must remain attached.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, or alterations will not be accepted.
Tumblers — Final Sale
All tumbler purchases are FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of our drinkware products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on tumblers for changes of mind, personal preferences, or ordering errors.
However, if your tumbler arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible apparel return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been issued for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible T-shirts and crewnecks within the 14-day return window.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
If your requested size or design is unavailable, you may choose an eligible alternative or request a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges, including sizing changes or personal preferences.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, PrideVerse TV Network ™️ will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include the following information:
Full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable
We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
This reporting period does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has entered production or shipped.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact PrideVerse TV Network ™️ through our official website or customer support email.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Please do not send merchandise back without first receiving return authorization and instructions.
Additional Information
Returns and exchanges are limited to eligible T-shirts and crewnecks.
Tumblers are final sale, except where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires a remedy.
Customized or personalized apparel may be excluded from standard returns when clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Refunds will only be processed after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
